Target Population: children from weaker sections of society Geographical Location: Delhi Age Group: 4 to 12 yrs
Objectives:
- To assist the children of classes 6-12 in their learning requirements by arranging coaching for them in specialized subjects by a specialized staff which is otherwise very expensive and beyond their reach.
- To provide necessary support to him for the full realization of his talents and thus enrich the society with the contribution he is likely to make in future.
Approach & Strategy:
- Opening coaching centres in the areas close to the places of children admitted for such coaching.
- Introducing new centres in the areas recently covered by the organization for admission to such classes.
- Employing highly qualified and trained teachers for giving teaching assistance to the children attending these coaching centres.
- Involving teachers with parents and bringing them closer to each other for a joint effort towards overall betterment of the child.
- Regular follow up for the performance of the student and assist him for continuous improvement.
